I made a deposit but it's not showing up in my 121Translation account.
If you paid with a PayPal E-check, the funds will only be added when it clears, which usually takes a week. If you paid with a direct PayPal payment, you might be required to confirm your deposit by clicking on the link sent to your PayPal account's main e-mail address. So make sure to check all your e-mail accounts for this important confirmation link. Please give our system a few minutes after your deposit to send this e-mail.
If this does not explain why your deposit is not completed, contact us and tell us what method of payment you used, what name & e-mail you used, any order number or transaction ID you have, and your 121Translation username.

Why is my account suspended? I try to do something, but I am told my username does not exist. I did not receive the signup confirmation e-mail, or any other e-mail messages from 121Translation.
