Referral Program
121 Translation believes in rewarding its members for
introducing clients and skilled professionals.
121Translation will pay you 50% of the fees we charge to clients
to you when you refer new clients. This means if you refer a client, you will earn at
least $2.50* every time they complete a project or
$12.50* if they decide to post a
featured project! The money is automatically added to your
account, so it can help pay for future projects or you can request it
to be withdrawn and we'll send it to you.
We
will also pay you 25% of the fees we charge to translators for
every new translator that you refer (on completion of a project)
*$2.50/$12.50 from new clients and
non-certified clients based on normal fees charged. Certified clients/translators
pay less in fees, therefore the commission paid will be less.
By Email
If
you know any translators or clients that might benefit from the
services of 121 Translation, then email them and include a link
to the website. If they sign up you will earn a small percentage
of any project they complete. Type your message and include the
referral link www.121Translation.com/freelancers/r.cgi?USER
(Replace USER with your
username.).
Some email programs will allow the text and the link to be
different, so you can hide your referral information. The
destination page for anybody referred is
http://www.121translation.com.

Webmasters and professional affiliates
If you would like to promote 121Translation on your
website or by email you will first need to register as a client.
All client accounts are classed as 'Affiliate Only' until the account
has been used to post and complete a translation project. Once registered you
can then use the links above using your username. Affiliates are closely
monitored to protect us from fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to
withhold or cancel affiliate payments if we believe that the referrals
are contrived or the affiliate has used spamming or other unacceptable
methods to introduce clients. We will only pay
referral earnings to 'Affiliate Only' accounts once the balance reaches $30,
this is not an automatic process. You will need to request a withdrawal.
You are welcome to
design your own advertisements as long as they include the 121 logo
(below, which can be resized) and actively promote the website. While
approval is not required, we would also
ask that any amended advertisements are forwarded to us for use on
this page and other websites. While referring to our website, please use
'121Translation.com'. When referring to our company, please use 121 or
121 Translation. Bidding on 121, or 121Translation names, variants
or copyrighted phrases is prohibited. Conversion Tips: Try to use the
keyword or phrase in the title and description of your Text Ad. Google
offers Dynamic Keyword insertion to help you do this. In Google, make
use of the 'negative keywords' to further target your audience. Typo
keyword bidding is permitted if it is not on our name or related
keywords.
To attract freelance translators, agencies or clients
it may be beneficial to email/promote in languages other than English.
Please do not use online translation tools as the majority do not
produce a good enough results for this purpose. Please remember the
website is currently only in English, so potential clients/translators
will need a basic knowledge of the language.
Affiliates MUST log in to the site to check their
balance (My Account, Affiliate Center), if you do not log in every 45
days you run the risk of your account being closed and losing any
affiliate earnings. 'Affiliate Only' accounts that remain dormant for 90
days, WILL be deleted.
There are no limits on earnings for affiliates.
Minimum withdrawal $30. Good Luck.
